Overseas Human Resources Recruitment Support Business
In order to deal with Japan's social security system and declining working population, the Japanese government will focus further resources on initiatives such as legal reform.
Due to the 2024 problem and the expansion of the semiconductor industry, it is estimated that Japan will face a labor shortage of 11 million people in 2040, but if potential labor shortages are included, the figure is said to be as high as 20 million people.
The expansion of TSMC into Kumamoto Prefecture and the construction of a Rapidus factory in Hokkaido will bring unprecedented economic ripple effects of several trillion yen to neighboring areas, and it is predicted that this will lead to an expansion of business opportunities in the region. One of the things that will be needed in this situation is human resources, and this will be a major issue in the current situation, where it is said that there is a serious shortage of human resources in local communities. In this context, our company will work with our partners to provide solutions using overseas human resources. We have established a system that can support the recruitment of overseas human resources from Vietnam, Indonesia and many other countries in Southeast Asia. Due to a change in the law, from 2027, the status of overseas human resources will change from being assumed to return to their home country to being able to live permanently in Japan, and the responsibilities required of managing organizations, registered support organizations, and host companies will change. In accordance with the purpose of the law amendment, we will provide appropriate support.
Environment-related Business
We have started a new initiative to address environmental issues. Through a business partnership with a company that develops excellent new technologies, we have recognized the importance of environmental issues once again and will provide specific solutions. We will work to improve the global environment with the aim of realizing the global warming issues, carbon neutrality, and decarbonized society that we have been experiencing in recent years.
Trade Intermediary Business
We have changed our approach to trade business with the Alibaba Group, which targets unspecified large number of buyers, to a method that focuses on B2B transactions with specific targets, including existing partners, because we have found that this is inefficient. We have already started large-scale business negotiations with overseas corporate groups in the technology and healthcare fields. We will continue to work strategically with existing partners and the Mitsubishi Group, including MUFG.
Design-related Business
In addition to the business based on my experience at my previous job, we are gradually receiving requests from corporations for creative business such as design, so we intend to continue focusing on this in the future. We would like to expand our ability to respond even further, so we ask for your continued support.
