Firstly, our overseas human resources recruitment support business is continuing to expand, and we will be concentrating more resources on this area in response to the Japanese government's efforts to amend laws and address the country's social security system and declining working population.

The expansion of TSMC into Kumamoto Prefecture and the construction of a Rapidus factory in Hokkaido will bring unprecedented economic ripple effects of several trillion yen to the surrounding areas, and it is predicted that this will lead to an expansion of business opportunities in the region. One of the things that will be needed in this situation is human resources, and this will be a major issue in the current situation, where it is said that there is a serious shortage of human resources in local communities. In this context, our company will work with our partners to provide solutions using overseas human resources. We have established a system that can support the recruitment of overseas human resources from Vietnam, Indonesia and many other countries in Southeast Asia.

On the other hand, we have changed our approach to the trading business, focusing on B2B transactions with specific targets, including existing partners, rather than dealing with an unspecified number of buyers.

In addition to our business based on our experience in previous jobs, we are gradually receiving requests from corporations for creative businesses such as design, with an eye to the future, and we intend to continue to focus on this in the future.

In addition, we have also started working on environmental issues. Through our business partnership with a company that develops excellent new technologies, we have reaffirmed the importance of environmental issues and will provide concrete solutions.

We see these as measures to realize our raison d'etre, “helping as many people as possible”, and we will continue to work on them as our mission.
